I'm such a boring girl.
I finished all of my college applications. I put off my homework to complete them so, the relief of having them done has not quite come.

I applied to 10 schools. One has to be willing to take me, right?
The schools are:
UC Berkeley
UC Los Angeles
UC San Diego
UC Santa Cruz
UC Santa Barbra
UC Davis
UC Irvine
San Francisco State
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
Cal Poly Pomona

One has to be willing to take me, right?

I think I may be too much of a basket case to deal with the whole waiting period.

edit: I just recieved my San Francisco State admissions letter!

No, I'm serious. You have been one of the main people behind me through this entire process. I'm completely thankful, especially with all the time you spent describing the colleges at Santa Cruz.

I don't know about this place. Bring your motivation with you if you come here. I have very mixed thoughts and opinions, but I can say with certainty that the people here will almost definately not motivate you. Maybe that's true everywhere, I don't know.

Thanks a lot for your input. I'm sure that most colleges require a bit of motivation just because of how free the enviroment is. I hope you enjoy going to school there more as the year goes on.

I do love California but, a lot of it had to do with my parents. They certainly did not encourage me to look out of the state, especially at any school that was not "good enough to go out of state for". Luckily, there are some great schools in California.

The University of Arkansas (5 minutes from my house) has excellent art, architecture and psychology departments from what I hear. And it's only 5 minutes from my house> *hint hint*

Well I'm majoring in biology, so there goes that idea.

Plus, I hear the drive to San Diego is very nice at this time of year.

yeah, i'd go to sfsu. they probably have an even better japanese department than sdsu because they offer up to a masters for some reason.
