A list because I'm not in the mood to put together a paragraph
- I've decided to go to Santa Cruz, I think I would be happier there than the other schools I was deciding out of.

- Only 29 days of school left.

- I'm once again tired of the state we are in. Why doesn't there seem to be anything between fantastic and painful?

- 41 days until I explore a new continent with my dearest Joelle.

- I've stopped sleeping because I can't seem to manage to start.



Does anyone have any music to recommend other than Anton (who always helps a girl out) ?

also, beulah's newest record (yoko) is brilliant, and you'd probably like the new cardigans record that's either about to come out or just came out. long gone before daylight. and i really can't say enough about the dismemberment plan. and... you don't get to know more about what i listen to because you didn't reference me in your original post. Yes! I am very excited, and I know that we will have a wonderful adventure abroad. You will have an awesome time at Santa Cruz, and we should definitely hang out over weekends. Stay in there, kiddo, we're almost done.

yeah, i got into santa cruz. but i'm going to ucr. santa cruz is too far away, and they didn't solicit my application to their honors program, much less accept me if one exists.

anyway, good luck with that. i read about their premed program, and it sounds good.

You apply for their honor programs once you are accepted to the specific college within the school. It's distance is the reason I find it so attractive. I've never seen UCR's campus, is it nice?

I will check them out, thank you. I'm not sure which bands you haven't heard of. You've had a mighty impact on my music over the past couple years so I will give it a go.

Most importantly: Portishead - absolutely amazing.
Because you like Opeth, I'm going to recommend In Flames although I am sure you have heard of them. I will have to get back to you on some more.
